About us

25 years of combined public participation experience

Kirsty Neill, CP3 has been working in public participation since 2010.  She has been the lead of public participation processes for many complex and controversial projects where a key factor of success has been to have the difficult discussion and not avoid it.  She has experience in creating clear, actionable reporting on public participation progress, results and outcomes.

Lara Tierney, CP3 has been working in public participation since 2005.  Her experience includes working with projects in the middle of issues management and moving them into productive public participation processes.  She works with teams to overcome their fear around talking about perceived negative outcomes.  Lara is a licensed IAP2 Foundations trainer.

Together, Kirsty and Lara are passionate about public participation and how to set it up for the best experience possible for the project team, the public and the decision makers.
